From a young age, she was her mom’s go-to “guinea pig” during training sessions, experiencing treatments firsthand and even practicing them back on her mom. This hands-on upbringing gave her a deep, intuitive understanding of the spa industry long before she ever officially joined the team.
Now, as the Spa Manager and Concierge at Ojai + Fox, Tabitha is the glue that keeps things running behind the scenes. She ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest, assisting with spa wellness services like the sauna, float, and salt therapy, coordinating daily operations, and helping clients explore the spa’s offerings.
