Classical Five Element Acupuncture is rooted in the relationship between the five elements—fire, earth, metal, water, and wood—and their expression within the body, mind, and spirit.

Kathleen’s treatments are tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on identifying underlying patterns of imbalance and supporting greater harmony, resilience, and well-being.
