Ojai + Fox Membership Terms and Conditions

Commitment Period:

Essential Wellness, Unlimited Wellness, and VIP + Essential Wellness require a minimum 3-month commitment.
The VIP Fox Spa Membership requires a 6-month commitment before transitioning to a month-to-month plan.

Billing & Payments:

Membership fees are automatically charged to the card on file based on the member’s sign-up date.
Any declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours to avoid suspension of benefits.
VIP Monthly Foxy Credit does not roll over and must be used within the billing cycle.

Service Charge:

A 10% service charge is applied to each wellness session on day of service, based on standard service pricing. This charge is allocated to spa staff for setup, assistance, and cleanup.

Essential Wellness Membership ($69/month):

Members receive 2 wellness sessions per month.
Sessions do not roll over if unused.
Bookings must be canceled with 24-hour notice to avoid forfeiting a session.

Enhanced Wellness Membership ($169/month):

Members receive 16 total wellness sessions per calendar month, which can be used at their discretion (multiple in a day or spread throughout the month).

Sessions do not roll over to the next month.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) result in the forfeiture of that session.
Bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

VIP + Enhanced Wellness Membership ($249/month):

Includes all benefits of the VIP Membership, including $100 Monthly Foxy Credit for services & retail and 20% off spa services & retail.
Members receive 16 total wellness sessions per calendar month, which can be used at their discretion (multiple in a day or spread throughout the month).
Wellness sessions do not roll over to the next month.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) result in the forfeiture of that session.
Bookings are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Couples Enhanced Wellness Membership ($229/month):

Both individuals must be named on the membership at the time of enrollment.
Membership access is limited to the two registered individuals and is non-transferable.
Includes 16 total wellness sessions per calendar month, which can be shared between both individuals.
Members may book any available wellness service, including Compression Therapy, at their discretion.
Both members may book a shared Infrared Sauna or Halo Therapy session together without using two separate bookings.
Members may book multiple services per day as long as they remain within their 16-session monthly limit.

Members receive 10% off additional wellness services beyond their included sessions.
VIP Fox Spa Members receive 20% off spa services & retail.

Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership after their initial commitment period, with changes taking effect on the next billing cycle.
Memberships require a 30-day written notice for cancellation once the commitment period is met.
Founding Member Pricing:
- Founding Members will be locked into their rate for as long as they maintain an active membership.
- If a membership is canceled and later restarted, it will be subject to the current rate at the time of reactivation.

Membership pricing and perks are non-transferable and apply only to the named member.
Discounts do not apply to already discounted packages, promotional retail items, or gift card purchases.
The VIP Fox Spa Membership credit does not roll over and must be used within each billing cycle.
Ojai + Fox reserves the right to adjust membership terms and pricing with advance notice to members.
